WINDHOEK – Two children burnt to death after a hut caught fire at Ouwa-wananghala village in the Ombalantu district in the North on Tuesday.
Police have identified the deceased as two-year-old Rosamunde Tutileni Ndapukuluka Ndapuka and seven-year-old Menas Iholike Tangeni Ndapuka.
