Learn From Others

THE Otavi Town Council must visit Omaruru and Outjo Town Councils and learn how to develop the town, especially the Omaruru town and residential areas. The roads, playgrounds, youth parks, sports ground and community hall are all developed and well maintained.

The Omaruru CEO drives around to acquaint himself with the state of affairs in the town.
Otavi with a lot of underground water and natural resources can’t develop, but those in charge drive expensive cars and work from neighbouring towns. Youth facilities are nowhere to be seen while Otavi’s’ CEO considers himself as a youth activist.
People want to see development.
