RATHER LATE THAN NEVER

Yesterday afternoon heavy rain fell in Windhoek and its surrounding suburbs.

In the picture a motorist is seen driving through a small river in Katutura’s Claudius Kandovazu Street. The rains have been late in most parts of the country, resulting in unbearably high temperatures.
