VENDORS RETURN

Yesterday morning the informal traders who were relocated from the corner of Windhoek’s Fidel Castro Street and Independence Avenue to the parking lot opposite the Gustav Voigts Centre last week had returned to their old trading spot.

The municipality had ordered them to move their business temporarily while the area is being developed.
