IT was no bars hold as Namibian tweeps got their teeth into the issue of whether those behind bars push their luck when it comes to demanding what food they should and should not eat. Plus, a little bit of this, and a little bit of that.
@Onoshali: Am I the only one who thinks prisoners should be denied privileges?
@crazynellz: I thinks prisons should fulfil their mandate to correct instead of just being storage facilities.
@Chikoberry: Prisoners should be treated humanely but shouldn’t make demands they are being punished in there!
@Filemon_Fly: Prisoners are guilty but you can’t treat a goat thief like a double murderer, it’s complex, needs thought.
@iipumbuh: I would agree with you but I think there’s a few innocent people rotting behind bars.
@Chikoberry: Prisoners should be treated humanely but shouldn’t make demands, they are being punished in there!
@imani1409: How would you separate misguided and evil though?
@Ronlitto: On top of it being a rehab centre, it’s also supposed to serve as punishment for wrongdoings!! So they should shut up...
@Ms__Savvy: Prisoners lose their human rights the moment they commit their inhumane crimes. Lose the privileges ...
@ShitaShimwe: Unfortunately the Constitu- tion says otherwise, although prisoners they still remain human beings.
@VainoLizer: Between having a can of coke and a glass of water, which is a right and which a privilege?

@_MarthaRose_: Proud of the Government’s fast response to the drought in Ruacana. Thats exactly how the government should work. Thank you.
