Woermann Brock complaint

Woermann Brock charges 66 per cent more for meals from one day to the next without displaying any sign to indicate the cost of the food per kg anywhere for customers to know what they will pay before the food is weighed and priced.

Besides the fact that this is immoral and unethical, is it even legal?
Konrad Schwieger from Woermann and Brock was initially reluctant to respond to this complaint as it lacks exact details on the nature of the problem. He asks, “what product is the customer talking about and what was the price before and after the increase? At which branch did the customer experience this?”
He however went on to say that the shop is very serious on it’s pricing policy, so much so that whenever a client goes to the till with a product which has a price difference between the price displayed on the till and the price on the shelf, the customer is allowed to get the product with the wrong price for free and buy the rest. “Prices go up all the time in the market and we have up to 18 000 products in our shop so how can we display the difference in price of all those products? And what if the price increase is 3c?”.
He pleaded for customers to be more realistic.
