Chris Brown and Drake ‘offered’ millions to fight it out

The promoter would like to have Rihanna either as a card ring girl or in the audience if the two love rivals agree to do the match.

Brown and Drake had something of an altercation last month when, in standard rap-beef-these-days fashion, their bodyguards got into a fight for them and NBA superstar Tony Parker nearly had his eye put out.
Celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman, who was previously willing to pay Chris Brown and Drake US$1 million for a charity showdown, didn’t think the initial offer was enough to lure the two rappers to the ring. So, he raised the prize up to US$10 million.
The winner would get US$9 million, and the rest presumably would go to the loser. “Instead of doing it in a bar fight, they can get paid,” the owner of Celebrity Boxing Federation told E! News. The plan is to pit the rappers against each other in three one-minute rounds in Las Vegas.
Partnering with wealthy businessman Alki David, Feldman claimed they have been in talks with Chris’ camp and they are “up for it”. The promoters additionally would like to have Rihanna involved. “One thing we know, if she doesn’t be the ring girl, she will be watching,” Feldman said.
“The audience needs their imagination captured as much as the fighters do. These are two very important rap artists who will only do this for a big ticket number,” David gushed. “This is something that should be attractive enough to get them in the ring.”
This week, pop star Chris Brown decided to add some fuel to the fire that is the saddest hip hop beef in music history – his rivalry with fellow Rihanna bedmate/pop star, Drake.
Contrary to Feldman’s claim that there’s been negotiation, Chris’ representative said, “We collectively have never heard from these people nor is there anyone named ‘CJ.’ This is a tacky PR campaign by these people using Chris and Drake.” – aceshowbiz.com
