My concern is we do not know where we stand or whether our posts were removed from the government structure without us being informed. I really want the prime minister to communicate to the responsible committee to pronounce itself on this matter.
Secondly, I would like to submit my dismay about the following downgraded posts, namely the school counsellors and education resource posts. The government should consider the fact that the people holding those posts have responsibilities such as car and house payments. How are they expected to survive? I honestly thought the authority would consider the survival of the people who are working in those positions.
Whatever was the drive to downgrade employees will surely lead to the following: increased debt, death by suicide, stress, unhealthy relations in the families and the list goes on. How does the government expect people who are already struggling with their incomes to survive? It will be in the benefit of many to reverse your degrading.
I will appreciate the reconsideration.
