The ‘Struggle Kids’ Notion

WE ARE so fed up with these ‘struggle kids’ being given jobs so easily while not even qualified.

Why is this so? Is this why we do not develop?
Namibian citizens have been looking for jobs and there were no jobs. Suddenly, the ‘struggle kids’ pop out of nowhere and demand jobs and jobs reappear, but only for them?
Define ‘struggle kids’ for us, tell us in which categories we the rest of the Namibians fall, if not ‘struggle kids’ too. I mean, from each family there is a war veteran, is it not so? We as Namibian citizens do deserve an answer considering that this country is ruled via democracy and not as a monarchy.
