End The Denial

I FAIL to understand Minister of Education Abraham Iyambo, stating the obvious that Namibia is facing a shortage of teachers up to 2015.

Can someone tell him that this problem was created by poor government planning, such as destroying teachers’ colleges countrywide instead of helping colleges to train enough teachers?
I want to make it clear that even the advanced world is operating with colleges. How come under-developed Namibia operates with only one university training teachers for 13 regions?
Iyambo should accept that they created a monopoly with useless Unam [University of Namibia]. Stop pretending and come out from your false perception and denial of facts.
