1. Why do applications take so long to be processed when applicants lodge directly with your organisation, in comparison to lodging an application via an Immigration Agent? Here is an example: Direct application costs $80 and takes three months to process by your organisation, whereas via an immigration agent it costs $4 000 and it takes three days to process by your organisation? Hope you can see where I am going with this?
2. Why don’t your staff answer their landlines, especially the staff who work on the third floor?
3. Your senior managers are always making false promises to applicants, do they actually monitor their teams’ work flow and progress?
4. The staff who work at the front desk on the ground floor, why are they so rude? They have very little or no customer service skills.
5. Overseas applicants are guaranteed work permits and residency in Namibia?
