Protect Civil Servants

I WOULD really like to know whether Alfred Ilukena, the Permanent Secretary, and the Minister of Education, Abraham Iyambo, will go and apologise to Haihambo school principal Rosalia Ndamonomhata.

Iyambo has to go back to educate the school parents there. I salute RDP secretary general Jesaya Nyamu for having condemned this horrible, unconstitutional action that was taken by our two high-ranking Swapo cadres.
Nantu (the Namibia National Teachers’ Union) should have registered their disapproval the day Iyambo and Ilukena took this action. School principals also have to be protected and defended by their regional directors.
This Swapo political interference in educational issues must be stopped immediately! Non-Swapo staff members in the public service must not be afraid of being members of other political parties!
