Mistreatment In The Navy

I AM writing this text anonymously due to my capacity as a high-ranking military official.

I have a problem with the way things are run at the naval training school.
As we know our armed forces are voluntary but some recruits are being threatened when they want to resign.
Others are forced to do long marches while on crutches; instructors are using their duties as a platform to push personal vendettas against the young men
Let us not forget that these fellows are already graduated soldiers from Osona military school. As a founder member of the defence force I am not happy with this. This is not the foundation we laid for our sons to be personally targeted; neither is this the way we were trained.
 I hope those concerned will send an undercover investigating committee to Rooikop (Walvis Bay) in order to bring this matter to light.
