She and her friend’s intention were to go early in order to be first to book for the learner written test, but her voice sounded disappointed to find a long queue there.
This brings me to my question – is NaTIS’s service improving or getting worse? If the answer is that it is improving, then the public will be happy to know if the long queue is part of those improvements.
I actually share the disappointment of my wife and her friend and I’m sure the majority will agree that such practice is not close to good customer service, let alone excellent customer service. I therefore propose one alternative to this predicament.
We are living in a world where technology is at the centre stage, and almost everyone is connected to the internet in one way or the other, I suggest that NaTIS consider implementing an online booking system wherein clients with access to the internet who want to book for their written and driving test can do so at their own convenience without waking up so early just for booking. The system should be that it’s accessible to mobile phone so that it caters for the masses. If such system is already in place, then please let the public know to ensure maximisation use of the service.
With this one crucial suggestion, I look forward to seeing improvement.
