Housing Needed

I HAVE applied for a plot since 2009 at the municipality of Windhoek but nothing has been done thus far.

The situation really frustrates me and makes me wonder if employees there really want to deliver or need to be paid extra to do so. I have been calling and even met the property manager but nothing has been done.
CEO Niilo Taapopi, please look into your institution. Many people are suffering because of your staff’s inefficiency and non-performing management. This situation is critical and needs a remedy because it cannot continue like this.
Why should one battle to get anything?
