The Air Namibia call centre would give us incorrect/wrong information and make us go all the way to the airport to get the right information. I had to cut my vacation short by two days and only flew out a day later and this because Air Namibia call centre insisted I come to the airport early because the Frankfurt flight had been advanced by 12 hours.
However, there was a completely different story at the airport check-in counters where the flights had been cancelled or overbooked. And this happened three times. Is the call centre is so consistently out of touch with the reality?
I love Namibia and Namibians and Air Namibia is definitely not carrying the spirit of Namibia like they claim. They should change their name to something else because all they are doing is ruining the name of the beautiful country and its great people.
I’ve never come across higher levels of incompetence than my ordeal with Air Namibia. Never again will I fly the airline and that was the general consensus among nearly everyone I spoke to at the airport.
However, I will come back to Namibia just because it’s so awesome!
