Good Service On The Bus

ALLOW me to express my profound gratitude to a staff member of Intercape Mainliner. It was my first time to take a journey with this company. I saw the good customer service we received.

It was on the 01 February 2010, at 18h30 to Johannesburg. The lady who was responsible for verifying our ticket and other documents was humble and treated everyone with respect. I did not get her name, but she was a young Baster lady.
She was serving on the bus on the way to Upington. We took a further journey to Johannesburg and another lady served us in the same manner, listening to the problems of the customer and give immediately solution. Staff at Johannesburg Park Station gave all the same treatment. The drivers too were good. I am a person living with a physical disability and they helped smooth my access.
II would therefore like to commend Intercape for this service.
