Firstly, I would like to Sharpley to abandon his arrogance when he chooses to speak on behalf of the Namibian coloured community. Secondly I would like to caution him not to involve the Namibian coloured community in his personal battle with imperialists and tribalists when he has no idea what the stance of this particular community is.
He is a religious idealist who choose to panel-beat the word so that it fits his Godless sermons. Godless I say because it often lacks the love that the Bible tells us about and speaks only of the wrath which he and his ‘Pharisee’ brothers love as a marketing tool in their respective churches.
It is a well known fact that the Cape coloured always perceived the Namibian coloured beneath their (Cape Coloured) intellectual standard.
It is also very true that the Cape coloured viewed the Namibian coloured as unruly and a lesser human being, however it is equally so true that the Namibian took in a stronger stance against the white oppression than the Cape Coloured.
With this said I wish to tell you that the Namibian Coloured and South African don’t have everything in common, perhaps only Saartjie Baartman, however it may be, I will not have you tie us to battle which we have no interest in.
PS: A friend of mine always says” If your word is not strong enough, then your facts will hold no water”, so stop asking people to Google your name.
