Good Words For MTC

LATELY I have been reading in the newspapers about how many people are dissatisfied with MTC, Namibia's cellular company.

A lot of people are complaining about poor customer service.

I would however like to congratulate MTC on excellent and

friendly service.

 

I recently experienced some trouble while attending a sporting

event in South Africa over a weekend.

 

By the following Monday I was back in Windhoek and by Tuesday I

had reported my dilemma to MTC.

 

In no time they assisted me in rectifying the situation.

 

So, I want to let everybody out there know that MTC is a service

provider that listens to people when they have a problem.

 

They listened to my problem and responded to it to my

satisfaction.

 

They didn't give me the cold shoulder but instead gave me a very

friendly service.

 

Thank you MTC, I really appreciate it.
