Tyrannised By A Street Name?

DOYLE Bruner of Florida, USA is always welcome to Namibia without fear of being tyrannised by a street name bearing the names of President Mugabe or Castro (Letters, January 27).

But do you know why, Doyle, the Namibian people, and not the

Government, honour and glorify those 'tyrants'? It's because they

fought with us for our liberation when the 'saints' of the world

watched us being killed by our 'ruthless' colonisers.

Or can I suspect those 'saints' actually helped our colonisers

with their deeds?
