Where are the State ambulances?

I wish to add my voice concerning state ambulances.

When Mr UwuKhaeb of Otavi died on Easter Monday of that mamba bite,

it was after having waited at the clinic for 5 hours for a State

ambulance to arrive.

The SOS International ambulance would have cost him in the

region of N$2 000 to N$ 3 000.

Obviously there is a shortage of state ambulances.

The Ministry of Health must be THERE for the poorest of the

poor.

Why should a man die because he could not afford better

care?
