   I agree with first two comments. labour dispute in Namibia is more worst.. Ministry of labour is failing to address the issue of labour dispute. they take workers' complains or demands not seriously. Please acts, people shouldn't called goats in independent country like Namibia. terminate his company licence until he comply to the law......Labour inspectors stop practice favouritism or cowardice. go now and investigate,,,its not far from Ministry of labour, Headquarter.
