  • Authorities are afraid of taxi drivers who are abusing commuters daily. Howcome public transport is privatised and law breakers demand that the law be changed to suit their unethical behaviour. City of Windhoek and other government departments and town councils must provide public transport not the private sector. Otherwise you end up with such immoral behaviour.
