Allow me space in you newspaper to express my disappointment....

....with Namwater and Municipality of Opuwo.

Why I am saying this is because we have a problem about their

performances (between Namwater and Municipality,) because it causes

a disaster to the residents.

The water condition turned to be highly risky, and becoming the

great concern for human consumptions (Health).

 

The water is not good for consumption (drink) and even though it

became real commercial to the residents in this town.

 

Although we can stay for one week without water in this town

because of damage brought by the electricity failure, where one can

get that water for consumption if we continue like this.

 

For me it looks like this town has the most water problems in

the whole country.

 

Harming the emotional of residents is equal to killing a person

silently.

 

This only simply means that water affects the person's emotional

and physically, the result is death without identified killer.

 

The water is salty that cause stomach problem and other diseases

to the skin.

 

I don't think there is anyone in this town that can say we have

a quality water supply.

 

Some residents use water from the shop instead to drink this tap

water, because they can afford to buy from the shop, what about

those who cannot afford? When will Namwater provide us with good,

purified water in this Town? It has been a long time this water

being like this, I don't know whether Namwater is not aware of this

kind of water or may be they don't care about this town.

 

Another thing which I want to target, is the municipality water

rate, I don't know how the municipality of this town do the

calculation of water bill for each month.

 

To me it seems that most of the people, they pay the water bill

without any other change used or not.

 

Some residents of this town they use to buy water from the shop

for consumption or for drinking but the bill still the same or the

same with your neighbours.

 

I want them to correct calculation that every residents can

understand, and how the municipality determine the water used by

the residents if there is no measurement, I know that experience

all the residents who have tapes at their home paying the same

amount although some have use less or lot of water, the rate still

the same.

 

Some of taps are broken or leaking and water, also does have

rime or caulk.

 

Now if the iron getting (rime), what will be happened to the

human being item of consumption and bathing according to the health

of person.

 

Sanitation goes hazard, you can't distinguish between salt-water

pipeline and sewage pipeline in this town.

 

The water perimeter has stopped functioning because it has been

affected by rime and it got broken.

 

Think about what is happening to hard metal and what about human

being or to the living creature of God.

 

By my own concerning I think it affecting sewage operation and

the got broken because of the type of water we have.

 

Until now we have town which is smelling, a lot I don't know if

the sewage is leaking.

 

It seems that they have repaired the broken sewage.

 

Instead of smelling a very good delicious food from the

Take-Away, you will fill disgust smell of the waste.

 

Until when are we going to have good or proper water services

instead to keep like this? This water is very dangerous for human

healthy stomach problem and other diseases.

 

I hope the Doctors can prove the infection the person can get

from this water.

Opuwo we are paying water every month which does not have equality

Namwater is the only commercial not for good service, we want

them to give us a quality service.

 

We are paying a lot for the money.

 

When it rain people feel happy, because of the water from the

above it is more health than the tapes water, some people put their

bucket out side to fetch those for drinking.

 

But the price stills the same I don't know they get some water

rate from heaven or how do they do it according to the calculation

water bill.

 

When you go for a holiday you are still going to pay the same

amount price with the same price of previous month, I think one

need to inform the municipality when you are leaving the town for

village.

 

What is the future of this water if one cannot stay without

water? I don't know what we can do to have good water for the

consumption.

 

When we have rain we are happy because that water you cannot

compare with this water which will lead us to get sickness or to
