My view why towns such as Lüderitz do not develop (To a certain extend)
Observing the situation I have come to the following conclusion, Lüderitz is inhabited by residence from other regions and towns to a large extent and the mentality of the majority of those people are so good but also so destructive.
Come to Lüderitz then they find a job, unwilling to buy a house or even land with the reasoning "I already have a house where I come from". Punishing themselves and stay in single quarters or shack, dragging the image of the town to the earth core. Then they get their wages and go back to their towns of origin and invest in the towns where they come from.
No wonder so many shacks, weak buying power resulting in big retailers unwillingness to open their shops in a town like Lüderitz.
Do we have to change our recruitment criteria or should we call in specialist in psychology with emphasis in promoting local investment.
"No wonder that towns with no industries bloom and those with die" maybe its a coincidence they are the people who demands the most on the radio and any other platform they may get.
Help!!!
