that is very sick ! people should open up their eyes the sad thing is the poor do not have a voice ...., ...42.3m thats a lot of money a little fraction of it can help the people who
are settled in the slums , shacks of Babylon and all those who are bein ravaged by poverty...........
Babylon is a place deep in Katutura its really is not a tourist destination or attraction its one of those places....Sam would not take or hang out with other comrades.  but it is still in Namibia .it makes no sense to honor an X president like that or maybe he instigated the whole mission to erase Recession in his wallet if there ever was one ...
Namibians are too reluctant the thing is the person who will stand up against this coruption the very same person if his offered an 1/8 of the money to keep silent you will wonder what he was all about so who feels it knows need some one with influence who will not waiver we need a Robin Hood .....
am not Namibian but i feel the pain ................
