The three were not asked to plead and were released on bail of N$500 each. Their case was postponed until December 5 for further Police investigation. The Police reported that the three men allegedly assaulted Erick Bok on September 14 after they caught him stealing N$30 000 from an office in the supermarket. Police recovered the N$30 000. Following his arrest Bok, who is now the complainant in the assault case, appeared in the Keetmanshoop Magistrate's Court on a charge of theft. He too is free on bail. |
