Cow charged with culpable homicide?

STAFF REPORTER

POLICE at Ondangwa are investigating a case of culpable homicide after a young man died when jumping off a bakkie near Etamba village on Saturday.

According to the Police, Benhard Niilungu (27) was riding on the back of the bakkie with several other people and a cow.

The cow reportedly made "some strange movements", the Police said.

This apparently prompted Niilungu to jump from the moving vehicle.

It is not known who the charge of culpable homicide is being investigated against.
