Pep Stores break-in backfires

THE Police have reported that a man suspected of trying to break into Pep Stores in Katutura was shot in the thigh while trying to flee from a security guard at midday on Tuesday.

The 28-year-old man was admitted to the Katutura State Hospital.

Police are investigating an attempted murder case against the guard.
