The soldier made his third court appearance in the Windhoek Magistrate's Court yesterday. The case was postponed until December 13 for further investigation. Kashihakumwe (42) remains free on bail of N$1 000. He faces charges of drunken driving, pointing a firearm, reckless and negligent driving and attempting to defeat the ends of justice by allegedly resisting arrest. Nampa |
