Gang rape at Ohangwena

POLICE at Ohangwena are investigating the alleged rape of an 18-year-old woman by two men who are still at large.

The incident happened at a nearby village on Friday.

* A 24-year-old man was arrested at a village in the Ohangwena Region after he allegedly shot Nathanael Lukas (27) in the chest with an arrow.

The two had apparently been quarrelling before the incident took place on Friday.

Lukas was admitted to the Oshakati State Hospital, where his condition is reported to be critical.

The suspect faces a charge of attempted murder.
