The lighting caused Haufiku Shapumba's hut to catch fire and he died in the blaze, the Police reported yesterday.

She has been identified as Annastansia Matheus.

* A 31-year-old man hanged himself from a tree at a village in the Omusati Region.

He's been identified as Simon Nghilifilwa Sheetekela.

* In Windhoek, three men held a shebeen full of people at gunpoint on Tuesday and made off with N$5 000 in cash and N$2 000 worth of recharge vouchers.

The robbers are still at large, and none of the goods stolen from the Domingo shebeen have been recovered.
