The customer, who has not been identified by the Police, was wounded in the thigh. The Police say the man had been travelling in a taxi heading for Katutura last Thursday night. When the taxi stopped in Wilbard Kapuenene Street in Katutura, the passenger allegedly grabbed N$300 from the ashtray and jumped out of the car. The taxi driver shot him, recovered the money and then drove the wounded man to the Katutura State Hospital. |
