Retirement Fund Solutions, a local pension fund administrator and administrator of the well-known Benchmark Retirement Fund, has announced additional shareholding from within its ranks, the appointment a non-executive director to the board of the company and the nomination of two independent trustees to the board of the Benchmark Retirement Fun.

Previously Directors of Retirement Fund Solutions, Charlotte Drayer and Marthinuz Fabianus have taken shareholding in the company.

Harald Mueseler has been appointed non-executive director of Retirement Fund Solutions and independent trustee of the Benchmark Retirement Fund, while Martin Moeller has been appointed independent trustee of the Benchmark Retirement Fund.
