IN an article headlined 'Smuggled Parrots Confiscated at Border' on Friday, we reported that five smuggled parrots had been confiscated on the Angolan border.

Narrec has pointed out that 74 birds were seized, of which two were dead on arrival at the animal rehabilitation centre and three others needed hospitalisation.

We regret the error.
