Laubscher was addressing an information day held at Keetmanshoop to assess the training needs of emerging farmers. He said he was happy with the high quality of input made by the participants. "It is evident that farmers in Karas do not wait for Government handouts, but are willing to bite the bullet to make it work," he said.
