Opawa 100!

OPAWA Junior Secondary School at Tsumeb marks its centenary today.
Celebrations will kick off with a live performance by local sensation Phura at the Nomtsoub Community Hall at 20h00.

The official opening is at 08h00 tomorrow, with a luncheon scheduled for 13h15.

The programme includes a soccer match between former and current pupils at the Oscar Norich Stadium at 15h00.

Drum majorettes from the school will lead a parade through the town at 17h00.
