Grade 12 results out tomorrow

CHRISTOF MALETSKY

THE Ministry of Basic Education is expected to release the results of last year's International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) exams for Grade 12 students tomorrow.

The Directorate of National Examination and Assessment announced yesterday that the top performers among the more than 20 000 students will receive their prizes today.

Ministry officials were yesterday non-committal on the quality of results for full-time candidates but expect an improvement.

In 2003, a record 2 609 full-time IGCSE students qualified for admission to the University of Namibia and the Polytechnic.
