Suicide by shoelaces

GOBABIS - Police report that a 34-year-old man committed suicide by hanging himself with his shoelaces on Saturday.

Andries Gariseb was found hanging from a tree at Freedomand Square in the Epako location.

He left no suicide note and the reasons for the drastic step are not known.
