According to a Police report, 32-year-old Peter Chato Chato died in an accident on Saturday on the main road between Otavi and Otjiwarongo. The vehicle overturned. "The Department of Prisons wishes to express its heartfelt sympathy and sincere condolences to the family and relatives on the untimely death of one of its committed, dedicated and loyal employees," the Ministry said yesterday. The Police said the driver and other passengers sustained minor injuries. |
