Electrifying news for five villages

OPUWO - An amount of N$ 1,2 million that the Ministry of Mines and Energy has allocated for rural electrification in the Kunene Region will be used to connect five villages.

The five villages are Houmoed, Tarra Mae, Oukongo, Okondaurje and Ohandungu.

The connection of these villages to the national electricity line is scheduled to start from early February 2006.
