The cash hall will be open only for reconnections and disconnections of water and electricity services. The enquiries counters also remain open to assist residents. Customers are encouraged to make use of electronic payment options such as direct debit, payment over the counter at First National Bank, Bank Windhoek, Standard Bank and Nedbank, or debit and credit card payments. Clients should have a copy of their municipal account when paying. |
