Exhibitors at Ongwediva Fair hard at work

EXHIBITORS at the Ongwediva Trade Fair, which is scheduled to kick off today, are hard at work setting up their stands in the three main exhibition halls.

Nampa visited the site on Wednesday and found people putting up their stalls and arranging their materials.

President Sam Nujoma is scheduled to officially open the trade fair on Saturday.

More than 300 exhibitors, including international participants from Ghana, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Tanzania and Indonesia, have confirmed their participation.

This year's trade will close its doors on September 4 2004.
