I would also like to thank Nored for taking such a firm decision to call Paulus Kapia to order, I am sure that the company lawyer will make Kapia learn a very good lesson. Kapia is a young man and he has been insulting old people and he does not have respect. An adult is an adult irrespective of political party differences. Kapia is trying to personalise issues in Namibia, he thinks that he is a self acclaimed spokesperson for the Swapo party. Honestly speaking, how could Nored cut off the supply of electricity deliberately during that special visit by the head of state where such big institutions were to be inaugurated by the President? Kapia acted very childishly in his remarks pertaining to that unfortunate incident, a sensible person would not even think of making such a remark. Kapia should know that there are situations that can be controlled, and in this unfortunate incident, a big tree falling on an electrical powerline was outside their control. I think it is more advisable for Kapia to retract his words as instructed by Nored's lawyers before it becomes a big issue. This time Kapia will learn how to make a public statement. Linekela Candy |
