Home Affairs Issues In Rundu

I AM writing this letter to air my views regarding the issuing of identification documents at the Home Affairs offices.

My question is; what is the use of spending money to go and apply for or to confirm your identification document, which you will never get at these offices because people are not doing their jobs? This is what happened to me when Iwent and tried to confirm ifmy ID document was there.

It was as follows, one says come tomorrow, we'll be at the headman's village (he forgot the next day is a Saturday); or come on Monday (he knows it's a long weekend) or sorry the one who can help you went to town and has gone shopping (during working hours).

Is it too difficult to put up a namelist of IDs received outside one of your offices? You always hear "people did not go to collect their IDs" but I am trying to do this.

Can you please help me with my ID.
