CONRAD ANGULA

A 49-year-old Windhoek woman has been arrested in connection with the death of her 49-year-old husband at their Khomasdal home on Thursday night.

Police Sergeant James Matengu told The Namibian yesterday that Martha Kock allegedly strangled Chaling Cloete, who was very drunk, to death during a fight at about 22h15 last Thursday.

Matengu could not give further details about the case as the Police were still investigating the incident. The suspect remains in custody.
