Police search for 2 rape suspects

AN 11-year-old girl was raped at Omuheke village in the Kunene Region last Monday. Sergeant James Matengu told The Namibian on Friday that a 34-year-old suspect is still on the run.

* The Police are looking for a suspect in connection with the rape of a 36-year-old woman at Arandis. The incident took place at the victim's house on April 9.

* A case of robbery had been opened after 21-year-old Erastus Hamalwa was threatened with a sharp object before he was forced to hand over N$50 at Ongenga village in the Ohangwena Region on April 12.
