Brazilian Ambassador drops in

BRAZIL'S Ambassador to Namibia, Cristiano Whitaker, paid a courtesy call on President Sam Nujoma on Friday.

Whitaker told the media that the visit was aimed at strengthening the bilateral relationship between the two countries.

He said his country would assist Namibia with education and HIV-AIDS prevention and treatment programmes.

Brazil is also helping Namibia with the establishment of her maritime wing. - Nampa
