Iron Kids duathlon

THE first iron-kids duathlon championships, to be sponsored by the Namibia Triathlon Federation, Cymot and Profoto Centre, takes place in Windhoek on Saturday, July 28.

Children between the ages of 3 and 12 can register for the championships from 13h15 at Cymot's main depot in the northern industrial area.

The first races start at 14h00 while the prize giving ceremony is scheduled for 15h30.

The distances to be covered are two 400m runs and a 1km cycle for under 8s; and two 600m runs and a 2km cycle for under 10s and under 12s.
