All members, current players and new players are urged to attend. Oshakati City will also play two friendly matches - against Life Fighters at Otjiwarongo at 16h00 on February 17 and against Chief Santos at Tsumeb at 14h00 on February 18. Urgent Tigers meetingALL supporters, sympathisers and players of Tigers Sports Club are invited to attend a very urgent consultative meeting. The meeting will take place on Saturday, February 3 at 10h00 at the Namutoni Senior Primary School. The meeting will discuss the future of the club and other serious issues. Archery competitionTHE Windhoek Field Archery and Bow Hunting Club will hold its first competition of the year on Sunday, February 4 on Gunnar Jensen's farm. People who would like to participate can take the Nine, Arnhem Caves road where a white notice board will indicate the exact location of the competition. Calling cyclists CYCLISTS are urged to enter the 15th Commercial Bank of Namibia cycle tour which takes place in Windhoek on February 10. Cyclists can enter either a 36km race or a 65km race. Entry forms for the cycle tour are available at all branches of the Commercial Bank of Namibia, participating cycle shops and BP service stations. Each cyclist who finishes the race will receive a medal. |
